I. Introduction and General Characteristics

     1. These terms (hereinafter the “Terms”) define the mutual rights and obligations between the operator of the Wantend.com services (hereinafter the “Operator” or “Provider”) and individual users (hereinafter the “User”), who view, comment on, or otherwise consume the available content (hereinafter the “Content”) on the Wantend.com web platform (hereinafter the “Platform”).

     2. The Wantend.com Platform provides erotically oriented Content for adults. Access and use of its services are allowed exclusively to persons who have reached legal adulthood under the laws of their respective countries (usually 18 or 21 years of age).

     3. A User who visits or interacts with this Content in the specified manner agrees to the current version of these Terms and confirms that they are of legal age and capable. If this is not the case, such a person is not authorized to use the Platform.

     4. Providing services to other users is strictly reserved to the Operator. Therefore, a User cannot offer paid or any other services directly, unless expressly permitted by the Operator.

II. Registration and Management of User Accounts

     1. Registration is completed by submitting a valid email address and choosing a password. By finalizing this registration, the User becomes a “Registered User” with their own account (hereinafter the “Registered Account”).

     2. Only a person who meets the age of majority requirement (generally 18 or 21 years), is fully legally competent, and complies with the legal regulations of the country in which the platform is operated may register.

     3. Each User may create only one Registered Account. Any multiple registrations intended to circumvent rules, disputes, instigate conflicts, or address serious violations leading to blocking are considered unacceptable.

     4. The Registered Account is provided free of charge and does not constitute a legal entitlement.

     5. All data within the account is managed by the User alone; the Provider does not remove or modify such data without legal grounds—even at the User’s request.

     6. Certain changes (e.g., gender, date of birth) may require additional verification to prevent fraud, ensure security, or to avoid rule circumvention.

     7. An account may be canceled at any time in the user settings interface. A valid password is required for definitive deletion. Subsequently, a confirmation email is sent to the registration address, containing a link to finalize the account deletion.

     8. If the User cannot access the account due to an unavailable or non-functional email, for security reasons, the account cannot be deleted or the password reset.

     9. The Provider reserves the right to delete any account without providing a reason.

     10. The User remains responsible for all actions taken under their account, even after said account has been deleted.

     11. Login credentials must not be shared with third parties. The User is obliged to protect their login data.

     12. If a User does not log in for more than six months, the account may be automatically removed without the possibility of restoration.

     13. Deleting the User’s email address (e.g., under personal data protection guidelines) results in the irrevocable deletion of the Registered Account, as the email is an essential part of the account.

     14. If an account is canceled, it remains in a deactivated form for a transitional period of six months. Once that period expires, the removal becomes permanent.

     15. Removing an account does not affect any previously granted license to uploaded Content, which may still remain on the Platform if it complies with the agreed-upon conditions.

     16. By registering with Wantend.com, the User acknowledges that, for technical and legal reasons, an account cannot be irreversibly deleted immediately upon the User’s request.

III. Nature of the Content and Licensing Arrangements

     1. “Content” encompasses all forms of text, photos, graphics, videos, or other materials displayed on the Platform for viewing or otherwise handled within the scope of technical capabilities.

     2. Some sections may be subject to fees according to the current price list or separate agreements.

     3. It is strictly prohibited to upload or link to content depicting:
        3.1. Sexual intercourse with animals,
        3.2. Any form of child pornography or simulated underage conduct,
        3.3. Rape or other sexual activities without voluntary consent,
        3.4. Extreme violence, bodily dismemberment, mutilation, defecation, vomiting, or menstruation connected with sexual acts,
       3.5. Incest or other grossly unethical and unlawful activities.

     4. Each User bears full responsibility for the Content they upload and may face legal consequences if such Content is illicit or otherwise objectionable.

     5. By publishing Content on the Platform, its author grants the Provider an exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, and unlimited license, including the right to sublicense. Any commercial use of the Platform or Content requires the Provider’s prior written consent.

     6. In case of breach of these rules, the Provider may take measures, including legal action.

     7. The Provider does not guarantee that all Platform features will function smoothly on every device. Technical incompatibility is not grounds for a complaint.

IV. Verified Profile

     1. To enhance trustworthiness and gain access to specific functionalities, a User may request profile verification. The terms and process are laid out in a separate document, “Profile Verification Rules.”

     2. In certain situations, completing verification may be a mandatory prerequisite for using selected parts of the Platform.

V. Internal Credit System

     1. Wantend.com has its own internal payment mechanism (a credit system). All payments or transfers made via this system are considered operations carried out by or for the Provider.

     2. The manner of acquiring, transferring, forfeiting, or using credits is specified in the “Credit System Rules.”

     3. Cash payouts of credits are regulated by additional specific conditions under “Terms of Payout of Financial Means.”

VI. VIP Membership

     1. VIP Membership is a premium form of a Registered Account, which, after activation, offers special features and exclusive services to users.

     2. Detailed terms, pricing, and the scope of VIP Membership are governed by a separate document, “VIP Membership Terms.”

VII. Rules for Content Creators

     1. A “Creator” is a status assigned by the Provider to users who can upload their own content and receive credits as compensation.

     2. The specific regime, method of payment, and any restrictions for creators are outlined in the “Rules for Creators” document.

VIII. Warranty and Compensation

     1. The Provider bears no liability for the harmlessness or safety of uploaded materials; the author is always responsible for them.

     2. If a paid service is unavailable for more than one day (24 hours), the User may receive compensation in the form of credits at the Provider’s discretion.

     3. In the event of dissatisfaction with a paid feature, a refund may be requested, though there is no automatic legal entitlement to repayment. Each request is assessed individually.

IX. Provider’s Obligations and Rights

     1. The Provider, or persons authorized thereby, reserves the right to monitor activity on the Platform, maintain security, and enforce compliance with the rules.

     2. If a violation of the established regulations is found, the Provider may restrict, suspend, or permanently remove the user account.

     3. The Provider is not obliged to disclose reasons for the account’s removal, unless stipulated by law.

     4. Should the User not cooperate in addressing issues or violations, the Provider may limit or terminate all communication.

     5. The Provider is entitled to verify the User’s identity (e.g., via ID) in the interest of ensuring security and adhering to legislation. Should the User fail to comply, the account may be blocked or removed.

     6. The right to decide on the publication or non-publication of any Content rests with the Provider or authorized persons.

     7. Should the User register with an invalid email, the Provider may delete such account without the option of restoration.

     8. By registering, the User agrees to receive promotional and informational messages from the Provider, though this consent can be withdrawn at any time.

     9. Where criminal behavior is suspected, the Provider may, without prior notice, inform the police or other law enforcement authorities.

X. User Rights and Obligations

     1. The User must provide only truthful and non-misleading information, particularly (though not exclusively) regarding their identity and origin. Deliberately false or distorted data is prohibited.

     2. It is strictly forbidden to demand or carry out financial transactions directly between individual user accounts outside of the official payment mechanisms approved by the Provider.

     3. The User may delete any content they have personally uploaded to the Platform at any time. However, this does not relieve them of responsibility for the legality of the original published material.

     4. When using the Platform, the User must comply with the relevant laws of the Czech Republic and the Provider’s internal regulations. In particular, they must not:
        4.1. Offer or accept monetary compensation for sexual services falling under Section 189 (Pimping) of Act No. 40/2009 Coll. (Criminal Code).
        4.2. Publish or distribute content depicting violence, severe humiliation, or sexual activity with an animal (within the meaning of Section 191 of the Criminal Code).
        4.3. Engage in activities connected to illegal substances governed by Section 287 of the Criminal Code, whether directly or indirectly (e.g., through mentions or promotion in a profile).
        4.4. Encourage, cause, or facilitate the spread of highly contagious diseases under Section 152 and Section 153 of the Criminal Code.
        4.5. Carelessly handle suspicious links from other users—if there are reasonable grounds to believe they contain harmful code or violate rules, the User is obliged not to click on them and possibly report them.

     5. If the User violates any of these prohibitions, the Provider may limit account access (suspend it) or permanently erase it, without warning.

     6. If an account is canceled or blocked due to breaking the stated rules, the User forfeits all unused credits and any potential compensation for prepaid services (e.g., VIP).

     7. Should the User connect via VPN, proxy, or any other service hiding their real location, they acknowledge that they have no claim for compensation if service functionality is limited as a result.

XI. Additional Provisions

     1. By uploading Content, the User grants the Provider an exclusive, royalty-free, sublicenseable license to that Content for an unlimited period and territory.

     2. The fees for paid functions and services are set by the Provider’s current price list.

     3. The Content may be used solely for personal purposes; any commercial utilization without the Provider’s consent is forbidden.

     4. The Provider reserves the right to amend or supplement these Terms at any time.

     5. All matters related to the use of the Platform are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic, and any complaints are subject to the valid Complaints Procedure.

     6. The Provider accepts no liability for any personal meetings between users and the consequences arising therefrom.

XII. Provider, Third Parties, and Privacy Policy

     1. The Wantend.com Platform is owned and operated by Waib Corp s.r.o., ID No. 08409081, with its registered office at Korunní 2569/108, Vinohrady, 101 00 Prague.

     2. Certain functions and aspects of the Platform’s operation are provided by so-called “third parties,” which may include payment service providers and other partners necessary for the smooth running of Wantend.com.

     3. The processing of personal data and any transfer of information to third parties is governed by the separate document “Privacy Policy.” By using the Platform, the User acknowledges and agrees to the content of that document.

     4. Wantend.com enables users to file complaints regarding Content that could be illegal or breach the rules of card networks (Visa, Mastercard). Each complaint is reviewed within seven working days, and if illicit conduct is verified, the relevant Content is removed.

XIII. Final and Transitional Provisions

     1. These Terms become effective on February 1, 2024.

     2. The Provider is entitled to unilaterally modify their wording at any time.

     3. The legal framework is governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. In the event of any discrepancy between different language versions, the Czech version takes precedence.
